I wanted to share something I’ve been quietly building, Over the past few years, I’ve been researching, writing, and coaching around how businesses can be part of the solutions — to local and global challenges, yes, but also to creating workplaces that are energizing, purposeful, and built to last. This work weaves together my experiences across sectors — nonprofit, corporate, coaching, and facilitation — and my long-standing belief that good business can (and must) be a force for good.
