Hello! I hope summer’s giving you at least a few deep breaths and bright moments.

I wanted to share something I’ve been quietly building, and ask if you might know someone who would find it meaningful. I shared it just last week, with a few in my most inner circle, to get their feedback and suggestions.

Over the past few years, I’ve been researching, writing, and coaching around how businesses can be part of the solution — to global challenges, yes, but also to creating workplaces that are energizing, purposeful, and built to last. This work weaves together my experiences across sectors — nonprofit, corporate, coaching, and facilitation — and my long-standing belief that good business can (and must) be a force for good.

Now, I’m launching a 3-part summer workshop series — a beta version — for professionals across sectors who are craving more clarity, energy, and purpose in how they lead and work. It’s called:

“The Leadership Reset: Resilience, Purpose, and Progress in a Changing World”
(though I might still change the name 😉)

It’s designed for mid/senior-career professionals, consultants, small business owners, and internal champions (ESG, DEI, ops, etc.) who are:

  • Feeling pulled between purpose and burnout
  • Looking to re-energize their work with real values-based leadership
  • Wanting to take meaningful action in complex, often exhausting systems

The series will be interactive, thought-provoking, fun, and (I hope!) galvanizing — with a mix of curated content, coaching, and real connection. It’s a small group format (max 10–12), happening over three 90-minute Zoom sessions in August.

If anyone comes to mind — a colleague, client, friend, or fellow changemaker — I’d love to share the details. And if that person is you, I’d be honored to have you.

With warmth and purpose,
Rachel

P.S. If you’re curious, here is a link to the overview, and I am happy to hop on a quick call – no pressure at all. And feel free to share this with anyone who might be looking for just this kind of reset.

And 😉here’s what you might say to your boss and colleagues ⬇️.

Take care. Thanks for reading and sharing.
