Hello readers,
These shortest days of the year (in N Hemisphere) are often cold & dark, but they’re also the days when the light is returning, when hope can grow. It’s a good time to nestle in, to dream of who you want to be, and how you want to show up in the world. This is especially important in the face of so much chaos and separation in the world (Hint: focus on what you stand for, vs fighting each sickening thing that come up). So, I’m sharing 2 things…
1. πβπ½a good exercise for the solstice, to help channel hope. (more details in the Youtube description).
2. reminders of what we can (and can’t) control, and to cut ourselves and others some slack… and “roll with it, baby” π΅
Click the video still (or here) to see the exercise details in the Youtube video description. Take a few minutes (or an hour?) for the exercise. Enjoy! I’ll be starting mine in just a few minutes
And see my last newsletter, for a few reminders on setting goals – βοΈtake small steps & celebrate, β¨find things that inspire you and draw you forward vs whip you from behind, and πΌwatch how you speak to yourself. I also included a friends’ link to one of my pre-published articles on how companies $ucceed by paying attention to concerns of their employees, community, environment.
I wish you peaceful holidays, and time to rest, dance, and dream.
Thanks for reading.
Rachel
